“Let’s nurture the nature so that we can have a better future.”

The Club started on 16th July 2012.The mission of this club is to raise awareness about environment and help us to reduce environmental impact as individuals, a school community and as citizens of the World.

It plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation by conducting various environmental awareness programmes and workshops.

The Club has four major interrelated components i.e.
Awareness, Real life situation, Conservation and Sustainable Development.

At Primary level the attempt is made to sensitize the child about environs. Emphasis should be mostly on building up awareness followed by real life situations and conservation by various methods.

At Middle and Senior level maximum emphasis should be on knowledge regarding sustainable development ,this includes lectures by eminent experts, meetings, anti-pollution rallies, field visits, making posters, slides, workshops, audio-visual and plantation.

Events celebrated for environment conservation are:
Earth Day
Global Tiger Day
Hiroshima Day
World Ozone Day
Anti cracker rally
Ocean Care Day

Our Objectives:

To make the students understand the vital importance of upgrading our “Ailing Planet to a Healthy Planet”.
To provide every student with opportunities to acquire the knowledge, values, attitudes, commitment and skills needed to protect and improve the Environment.

Samarpan Club which started in the year 2017 is all about bringing smile to someone’s face, about character building, introspection, consciousness of the inner self, empathy, citizenship, responsibility and being passionate towards others.

We strongly feel that social volunteering reduce stress, helps in finding friends, connects with the community, helps in learning new skills, increase self-confidence, helps protect ones mental and physical health and even helps in career and above all provides a sense of purpose.

Our areas of interest are to work for under privileged children, education, health and hygiene, fund raising and other social causes.

An eye for an eye would make the whole world blind. But what will a hand for a weaker hand do?
It will make the society better and a glorified place to live.
Caring, spreading happiness, peace and sharing whatever we have with others bring us closer to God.

“The heritage of the past is the seed that brings forth the harvest of the future”.
- Wendell Phillips

Heritage club was established on 10th April, 2017, with the solo motive of creating awareness among the students about their local, cultural and natural heritage. We believe that it is possible to bring about a change in the attitude of elders by sensitising Children.

Heritage is the full range of our inherited traditions, monuments, objects, meanings and behaviours that we draw from our past. In other words, Heritage is a person’s unique, inherited sense of family identity, the values, traditions, culture and its artefacts handed down by previous generations. Moreover heritage is our bond to the past, to our present and the future. It is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations. Yet despite its importance there is never any guarantee that heritage will survive and be passed on to the next generation. India has a rich heritage in its history other than revenue, tourism and economic aspects of our heritage sites, the preservation of these heritage sites are important to celebrate the architectural and cultural marvels of our people thousands of years back.

Heritage club has staged the following events-

World Heritage Day
Hindi Diwas
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam birthday
Heritage Week
Guru Nanak Jayanti
National Girl Child Day

Our Objectives

To develop respect in students towards diversity in cultures.
To raise awareness and participation in heritage related activities among the students.
To make social science and history a lively subject by way of active and practical learning.
