Admission Procedure 2023-24

We place great emphasis on Kindergarten and Elementary Education believing that the foundation of life is laid in these formative years. The innovative child-centric approach helps us to understand and nurture the child’s capacity of concentration, memory, observation, reasoning, judgement and creativity. Yoga is an intrinsic part of the school system and enhances the physical and mental abilities of children. Holistic development is the main thrust of all activities and celebrations.

A system of “Continuous Informal Evaluation”, based on class work, theme-based worksheets and observation sessions are followed

Admission Session 2023-24

Admission will be subject to availability of seats
We take admissions only in classes Nursery and class XI.
But we do consider Transfer cases under special norms and conditions.
25% of the seats are reserved for the children who fall under EWS category.
According to National Education Policy the age of the child should be between 3 to 4 years for admission in Nursery.

Registration forms can be downloaded from the link given below. Click Here to Download Registration Form
The Registration forms will be available on the school website from second/third week of February.
We lock at least 50 seats, We strongly believe that Education is the Birthright of every child.
After the scrutiny of these registration forms, if the child is shortlisted, the parent will be informed and asked to complete the steps of admission formalities by depositing the required fee in Bank Of India, Kamlanagar Branch Agra, along with the necessary documents.
(Apart from school fees no other amount is charged).
* The school reserves its exclusive rights to select/reject an application.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission.

2 passport size photographs of the child.
2 passport size photographs of Mother and Father (separate)
Photocopy of Adhar Card of the child.
Photocopy of Adhar Card of the parents.
Birth Certificate of child (Authorized from Nagar Nigam)
Blood Group- Authorized lab (Certified by an MBBS Doctor)

Admission in Class XI (2023-24)

According to CBSE admission bye-laws, admission to class XI in a school shall be open only to a student who has passed the secondary school (Class X) examination conducted by the CBSE

Or by any other recognized Board Of Secondary Education/ Indian University and recognized by CBSE Board as equivalent to its secondary school examination.

Screening

Interaction with the shortlisted candidates, along with their parents will be done.
There will be Screening/ Entrance Test for admission in class XI in which following traits will be evaluated- <
Overall performance of candidate, along with social skills, maturity, politeness, extracurricular activities and community involvement.
Positive personal traits.
Sumeet Rahul Goel Memorial Sr. Sec. School is following the scheme of studies as prescribed from time to time by the CBSE .
The child should have secured a minimum of 75% or 60% in the X board Examination for admission to science stream and commerce stream respectively
The child will undergo an interview round where his personality, communication skills will be checked.
If required the TC has to be countersigned by the previous school .
We strictly follow the CBSE Norms.
There is no direct admission to class X and XII

Documents Required at the Time Of Admission.

Attested photocopy of class X marksheet.
2 passport size photographs of student.
2 passport size photographs of parents.(separate)
Photocopy of Adhar Card of the student.
Photocopy of Adhar Card of the parents.
Transfer Certificate(original) signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.
Birth certificate.

Note: Admission will be cancelled if any variation or misrepresentation is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the supporting document at any stage.
