Description : "Nation First, Always First" By keeping this theme in their minds, The young aspiring students of SRGMSS celebrated the 77th Independence Day today. We all were obliged with the kind presence of our honorable guests, Respected Advisor ma'am, Principal Sir and Vice Principal Ma'am. The Programme began with the ignition of the magnificent Amar Jawan Jyoti. A zealous song filled with the feelings of patriotism was sung by the school choir. An Inter-house dance competition was held today which flourished the different cultural dance performances. These performances were judged and analysed by our Jury Members - Respected Bal Ma'am and Principal Sir. Tagore house excelled in all the fields and won the competition by leaving the imprints of the first war of Independence by Rani Lakshmi Bai. Bose house as well as Gandhi House secured the 2nd position, followed by Nehru House which secured 3rd Position. The programme came to an end with the students singing the National Anthem altogether. And The Vote of Thanks was presented by Upasana Ma'am.
